A Summer Beach Engagement Session . Pensacola, Florida .

We always love heading down to Florida any chance we get (hello Disney!), and this time was even better because we got to meet up with these two! Aaron and Kayla are from Kansas originally and Aaron is a Navy Pilot—awesome, right?! Since Aaron is still in training he isn’t allowed to travel too far from base in Pensacola, Florida. After going back and forth with plans for their engagements we decided to meet up in their new home town and hit the beach to capture this new and exciting time in their lives!

As many times as we’ve traveled to Flordia we’ve actually never had a shoot there, so this was such a fun experience for us! Aaron and Kayla were kind enough to show us around their little town while we were there and we stumbled (after trying three other restaurants that were closed) into the best little Pizza shop. We chatted about all the things we had in common: being high-school sweethearts, loving black and white photos (peep all the B&W’s at the end of the gallery), planning winter weddings, and our love for travel. We really just had the best time getting to know these two! Best of all, Kayla pointed us in the direction for the BEST breakfast in town and it did not disappoint! Seriously, the best crepes I’ve ever had, I still think about them lol.
