Calling all my outdoorsy lovers! Who thinks a camping engagement session would be the coolest thing ever? If you do, then this session is for you! We camped out with these two near Glacier National Park in Montana for a few days and took some of their engagement photos in the pretty scenery! If you’re looking for an isolated camping spot in Montana, this is it! We were entirely surrounded by trees and right next to a mountain base with a flowing creek. We even saw a Mama bear and her cubs coming down the mountain at one point! It was surreal to watch but definitely a little scary haha. We had bear spray of course, and I highly recommend packing that along with these following camping essentials!

• bear spray (if you’re in bear country)

• tents (we flew into Montana, so we picked one up at the local Walmart for $30!)

• warm blankets/sleeping bag (our wool Pendleton blanket is our favorite) and pillows

• a cot (if you’re not flying)

• solar powered chargers

• solar powered light

• multiple clothing layers

• food, water, and a food storage container (to keep away the animals!)

• bottled water is also great for washing your face/body when there’s none at the campsite

• fire starters

• hammocks

• hand sanitizer

• board games

• Bluetooth speaker

If you can pack the things on our above list you are sure to have a good time and have everything you need for a long weekend of camping! Camping near Glacier National Park was a blast, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a little time ‘off the grid’!
